Delete your Stryv account

In the app

1. Open Stryv and go to your Profile.
2. Tap Delete Account at the bottom.
3. Confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email support@stryv.fit from the email address linked to your account. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details
• Your profile, including name, handle, bio, location and profile photo
• Your workouts, templates, custom exercises and settings
• Your body measurements
• Your posts, photos, comments, likes, follows, blocks and reports

What is not deleted

• If someone saved a workout you posted, they keep their own copy of it, but it no longer shows your name or links to your account.
• Short-lived server logs expire on their own shortly after.
• Data stored on your device as a guest stays there until you uninstall the app.
